Default Multiple criteria options determine which name to show as result.

Would really appreciate someone telling me how to display a name (from 10-12
possibles), based on multiple options in a range.
In the column A (range), there is a number of ten or more 4 digit engineer
codes spread across 300+ rows, which I would like to display as engineer
names (in the next column, B).

Do you have a lookup table of the codes against the names? If so, use
VLOOKUP against that table.
