I've seen it done - can't find how in a help topic

How do I set up slider bars to input data in Excel?

Slider bars by themselves cannot input data.

The slider bars could be from a Data Validation dropdown list or one of the List
boxes, textboxes or comboboxes from the Control Toolbox or Forms toolbar.
