How to Scroll through the sheet

I am using arrow keys on the keyboard to see and edit through the excel
sheets. When i click the arrow keys on the keyboard, instead of the focus
getting changed to another cell, the sheet is getting scrolled as if the
scroll bar arrow has been clicked by mouse.
Please help as to how to shift the focus using arrow keys instead of
scrolling.

You're probably (accidentally) into Scroll Lock mode.
Just hit Scroll Lock key once to toggle it off.
