saving macros in personal workbook
You have to save the personal workbook, whenever you write a new macro to it if you want to keep it. When I close excel, after putting a macro in the personal.xls, it asks me if I want to save the file. If yours is not doing this, there may be a setting somewhere which needs to be set. another way to do it is from the view Visual Basic location. make sure one of the personal workbook items is selected then goto file and select save personal.xls "porbeagle" wrote: On recording a macro in my personal workbook everything seems fine.
