I would like to change a date into text.

Cell A1 - 03/14/2007

I would like to change that value to March 2007, and I don't mean by
changing the format of the cell. I want the value to be March 2007.

Hi

I think you'll need a helper column with:

=TEXT(A1,"mmmm yyyy")

copied down, and then copy and paste values back into your original
column.

There would be VBA solutions in addition.
