Employee Turnover

We are trying to devise a spreadsheet to track our monthly gain/losses in
addition to calcuating days worked if they were hired within the year.
Here is our spreadsheet - open to anything however that may make this easier:
A1 - Name
B1 - Company
C1 - Date of Hire
D1 - Company
E1 - Reason for Leaving
F1 - Date left company
G1 - Actual days employed

The result in G1 we want locate a match in A1, retrieve date of hire in C1,
subtract day left in F1 and return result of days worked

In addition, if a pivot table could be created, that would be a bonus!

Any help is appreciated
Thanks!

In G2, put this formula and copy down as far as you have data in column
A.........
=F1-C1
And format G2 as General...........then do Data Filter Autofilter, and
select a name from the dropdown in column A.........
