Sorting Issue - Any help?
I am using Excel 2003 SP2 for managing my address list.
When I select col 1 and and press sorting button A-Z , it ask for expanding selectoin, On hitting YES, it does sorting but in two groups. e.g. Row 1 to Row 700, first groups from A to Z then Row 701 to 856 again from A to Z. I want to sort all my records from A to Z. What could be issue here? Thanks in advance.... |

Select all the records before you start, then choose DataSort, and
select the sorting options that you want. If that doesn't help, what are you sorting? Numbers? Text? Perhaps some fields start with space characters, or some numbers are text, and others are numbers.
