conditional formatting works with maximum of 3 conditions... you can "simulate" 4th condition by little trick: 1.before using conditional formatting select column and use some pattern color 2.then create 3 conditions with conditional formatting at the end you'll have 4 colours in column :-) "Chris" wrote in message ...
