Post Comparing Multiple values to get lowest Value

Here's one:
I want to figure out a formula that will give me the best price(By supplier)-from the best terminal(Which is at the nearest to customer for delivery)-from the lowest cost Carrier.
I have multiple suppliers at each terminal.
I have multiple carriers who can deliver goods, but at different rates.
I have multiple customers(With varying distances from terminals).

For example:
If supplier A has the lowest cost, it's provided at terminal 4, and it's cheaper to send it by carrier 2, what would it cost and where can I get it and whom should I get to carry it?

Now, the suppliers all have different prices(Sometimes the supplier has different prices for each terminal), but the cost of the carrier(Rate by mileage) stays the same, and the customer distance from the terminal is the same.

And all of this has to be able to change with inputing new figures for the cost of the goods from the suppliers. Any/All help would be greatly appreciated.
