Default Conditional Sum Rows

The idea is that the columns contain certain projects. The Rows
represent certain equipment. At the end of every project I put in how
many days the equipment was used. Every 670 days the equipment is sent
in for inspection, I then color the cell blue to represent an
inspection. I want to be able to sum the the total days of service
since the last inspection.

Is this possible? ANy help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason
