Copying total, not formula
Hello All, please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but is
there a way to copy and paste the result of a formula and not the formula? For example, if the the cell has a formula of "=A1+B1" and the result is 2, how do I copy the "2" not the actual formula? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance!! Jen |

Right click the cell and 'Copy'. Select the cell you want to paste the value
into, right click, 'Paste Special', check ,'Values' and click OK, Regards, Alan. wrote in message oups.com...
