Error bar values
 

I previously posted a question about how to get error bars on a bar graph.
Jon Peltier was very helpful. I have another question now. Is there anyway
to have the value represented by the error bars appear on the graph,
preferably above the error bar (positive)? Please let me know. Thank you for
your time.
