Chart format question
 
I am gathering some research data and putting it into charts. My prof wants
me to put some data above the bars on the graph. I think their called
needles. They are small T looking extentions above the bars that have data
attached to them, like standard deviations. Perhaps someone knows how to do
this? let me know
