how do i set conditional protection on cells in excel
 

I am trying to limit the cells another user can access on a sheet by the
condition in another cell.

In cell A1 input name
in cell B1 opt for single or attached from validation list
if attached is selected then
cell C1 is unprotected and input partner name
else cursor moves onto A2 as C1 is protected

Any thoughts ?
