Copy data from one worksheet to another
 

I have a worksheet set up to enter first and last names in cell C8 and G8 and
I need to have this to be copied to another worksheet in two columns headed
as First Name and Last name when I click on another cell to activate the
print and save function.

are the first & last names in C8 & G8 always going to the same cells in the
second sheet - or do you want them to go in to the next available line in a
column of first & last names?

also, what you do mean when you say "i click on another cell to activate the
print & save function" to do have a macro that runs a print & save
function (if so could you copy & paste it into your reply to the above
question).

Hello Julie,
The first and last names are supposed to go to the next availiable line in
columns for first and last names.
I have a macro set up which moves the data to the second sheet and prints a
report then resets the first sheet to recieve additional names. Here is the
