selected cells
 

I have a spreadsheet whereby a number of the cells are protected and only
those that require info to be inserted can the user insert data. Is it
possible to list the order (cell no) that the cursor jumps after they press
enter?

Where you wish to enter data into unprotected cells in a protected WB, you
should hit <Tab in order for the focus to move to the next unprotected
cell.

If, on the other hand, you wish to follow an *exact* preferred order of data
input, you could try the procedure in this old post:
