white space deletion
Greetings,
I have gone through the help section in Exel trying to understand how to delete white spaces in Column A. Column A is a list of employee numbers and after each number is a space. How do I delete that space in one big sweep since there are over 700 different numbers listed, all with a space after them? Thanks |

If you need to remove all the spaces you can do it using find & replace on
the edit menu. Put a space in the find box and nothing in the replace box and then click replace all. =TRIM(A1)
Copy all the way down as far as needed "JOMARFL" wrote: Greetings, I have gone through the help section in Exel trying to understand how to delete white spaces in Column A.
