Searching by an User Form
Dear all,
I've a workbook for our clients. Sheet1 is a database of our clients (I hide this sheet). Sheet2 I design like an user form which our staff search for our clients' information. He/she inputs the client's number, then client's contact number, address etc will be shown in various cells through the "Lookup" function from the database. In Sheet3, I copied a location map which showed clients' locations. I made the location map by MS Visio and copied it to Sheet3. My question is, if my staff wants to know client's location after he input the client's number, he/she presses a button inside the form, is it possible Excel can use the client's number in Sheet2 to show the client's location on the map in Sheet3? I cannot do this as the location map in Sheet3 now is an image. Please advise or teach me any alternative methods. Thanks in advance. |
