fill the value in the cell when move the tab over
 

Hi,

I want to fill the column with cnstant value when i move the cursor to it
and the number increment by 1 like NY1...............NY10.any one is can
please tell me how to do in excel.

If you type NY1 in a cell and drag the corner down to fill, you have the
choice of a series or copy the cell.
