Default Formula Adjustment - Help

I am trying to adjust the following formula to only show specific records
from the linking worksheet:

=IF(OFFSET('Master List (Update)'!$F$2,(ROW()-2)/13,0)<"",OFFSET('Master
List (Update)'!$F$2,(ROW()-2)/13,0),"")

The formula shows for instance in 'Worksheet 1' A3 the data from the 'Master
List (Update)' F2...Then in 'Worksheet 1' A16 will show the data from Master
List (Update)' F3...then in 'Worksheet 1' A29 will show the data from 'Master
List (Update)' F4...and so on.

I would like to make it so that when I filter 'Master List (Update)', only
the filtered records data shows in worksheet 1.

For example: If only row 2 & 4 show in the 'Master List (Update)'
worksheet, then 'Worksheet 1' A3 would show 'Master List (Update)' F2...and
'Worksheet 1' A16 would show 'Master List (Update)' F4...

Any ideas?
