Buttons
 

I used to be able to make my own buttons you know you click on the button and
it puts a value in the cell and I cvould make hundreds of them. I cannot
figure out how to do that anymore. Example would be hit a button and it
would put 1 cup another button for anotrhercell would put sugar.

Any help would be helpful

Make sure you have the Toolbar - FORMS Displayed then select a Button from there.
