why a excel file,one sheet only, take 23 Mb ? , there are someone formulas no
exceed,as well the menu: save by manual in options, after F9 for I usually to
complet the goal, the format sheet is A4 ,so is not large, and the speed
cursor is slowly for passing from one cell to another.
Tengo un archivo en excel en formato A4 con algunas formulas y me ocupa 23
megas, en la opcion de calcular se me sugirio que la forma fuera manual y al
introducir los datos pulsando F9 actualiza la operacion, y al tratar de
desplazarme de una celda a otra es muy lento.

Try Ctrl+End.
Does the cursor jump to the last used cell of your worksheet (right bottom
cell)? If the cursor jumps lower than you expected or jumps too far to the
right, then you should delete all unneeded rows below your data area and all
unneeded columns right of your data area. Make sure that you delete the rows
themselves (and not just their content).

Save and see if the filesize decreased.

In your case it seems that a lot of calculation is going on. Difficult to
say where the problem is. Maybe deleting unnecessary rows/colums also
deletes unnecessary formulas, so try this first.
