Subtotals not working correctly when 2nd subtotal added
I have a spreadsheet with 7365 rows in it. When I add subtotals using Data
Subtotals for one column everything looks fine. When I add a second subtotal and tell Excel to keep the 1st set of subtotals about 1/2 way through the data it reverses the subtotal order, the higher level subtotal appears first and the lower level appears below it, the data looks something like this after the 2nd subtotal, ie Country total Brand total Country total Brand total brand total {data problem occurs here} Country total Any ideas what could be causing this. At first I though it was a data issue but now I really have no idea. Thanks |

Maybe...
Multilevel subtotals are in the wrong position in Excel 2002 and in Excel 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;831824 Pete wrote: I have a spreadsheet with 7365 rows in it.
