How do you alphabetize a whole spreadsheet ?

If you mean sort on Column A,
1) select all the cells on the worksheet
Excel 2000 and earlier you would use Ctrl+A
With Excel 2003 and up Ctrl+A is unsafe to use
without extraordinary precautions. So I guess
you would use Ctrl+Shift+SpaceBar
2) Data, Sort,
Sort by Column A
at the bottom choose either
my list has a header row, or
my list has no headers
OK

Well, go to the pull down menu and choose ASAP Utilities then Sheets and
then Sort all sheets in alphabetical order. If you don't have the add-in,
you can down load the free version from
