Default HOW MANY CELLS ARE IN EXCEL?

Lots

You can have 256*65536 per worksheet and the number of worksheets is limited
only by memory. xl2007 will be virtually UN limited.

Do you have Excel installed on your computer?

If so you can open a workbook and go to HelpSpecifications.

There you will find the number of rows and columns on "one" worksheet.

Some simple arithmetic will answer your question given that you know how many
sheets you have in your workbook.
