how can i set the result of 100 minus 80 as a % of 100 using formulae in excel

using formulae in excel
 

=(100-80)/100

and format as percentage,

or if the numbers are in A1 and A2 say

=(A1-A2)/100

I assume you mean this

=(100-80)/100

formats result as percentage

A1=80%
B1=1-A1

result is automatic at 20%
