How to apply funcation
 

I have an excel sheet for vacation plan
It has last working day, last vacation day, and the month from Jan to Dec,
each month divided into 4 parts (weeks). I need to format the specific week
automatically when the user input the date in above cells . The specific week
(last working day) through another week (last vacation day)(like in MS
project)

use conditional formatting - if you email me I can show you this, and
also let you have my absence planning worksheet which might help you.
