formula from multiple worksheets to give a color output to one wo.
 

trying to create a final sheet to show a color if the value which are
qualification dates on multiple sheets are a certain number, like we need two
guys qualified in a certain subject, the only thing we enter is the date they
were qualified, now once two guys are qualified then on another sheet the
color would go from red to green. the only thing we enter is the date for
reference how do we or can this be done?
