Looking for an Inspection Report form that is ISO900 compliant?

Explain a little more please? Do you want a report that records your ISO
9000 (ISO 9000:2001 ??) compliance self-inspection results, or some
inspection report for some part of your process that needs to be recorded as
another part of the required records keeping for ISO 9000 compliance?

Correction: ISO 9000:2001 should have been ISO 9001:2000 ... darn it.
