Why isn't the drop down showing using data validation?
 

I have created several cells with data validation but one of the worksheets
in my workbook doesn't show the drop down list. I can't figure out why. Any
ideas?

Yikes! You've given us absolutely nothing to work with!

Details of the Data Validations you've set up
Differences between the DV's that work and the ones that don't

On certain versions of Excel if you have "Freeze Pane" active the drop downs
will not show. This is a "known issue" according to MS. If the panes are
frozen, unfreeze the pane and the drop downs will show.
