deleting worksheets from workbook when option not available

I am trying to delete worksheets from a workbook and the option for deleting
sheets is not available it is greyed out. Is there anything I can do to make
that option available.
Thanks,

Hi Rita

Is the workbook protected? Go ToolsProtection and look to see if you
have an Unprotect option. You would need to click that before you can
delete the sheets.

Hope this helps!

Also, if the workbook is Shared you cannot delete sheets.

Do you see [Shared] in the title bar?
