Calculating Time with a number value
 

I want to add a cell(number value) to a cell that is formatted to a time.
A1= 15
A2= 7:30AM
A3= (7:30AM + 15{mins}) Result to be 7:45AM

How can i do this ??

=A2+A1/1440

format as time if necessary
