static time including seconds
 

This is driving me crazy so please help if you can.

I want to log down time on a machine in our production area into a
spreadsheet using the ctrl+shift+; shortcut. However, a lot of the stoppages
are less than a minute long so I am losing valuable data. Is there any way I
can change the format to include the seconds as well as the minutes and hours
as at the moment it just rounds the seconds to 00.
