extracting names, shifts dept from excel worksheet
 

i need to make a daily workload from an employee sched. the sched has 60
employees:
Name sun mon tue wed thur fri sat
Joe shift 4-10p 6-10p 4-12a 5-11p
dept 2gr 4bk 4gr gr 2nat 4gr
Al shift 5-10p 3-7p
dept 5gr 2gr 2bk

name row starts from a23, a26, a29,a32 to a160
shift row starts from e23, e26 ,e29 to e162 for sunday
g23, g26, g29 to g162 for monday
i23, i26, i29 to i162 for tuesday
k23 ...................... for wednesday
m23...................... for thursday
O23....................... for firday
Q23.......................for saturday

shift row starts from e24, e27, e30 to e163 for sunday
g24, g27, g30 to g163 for monday
i24....................i163 for tuesday
k23...................k163 for wednesday
m23.................m163 for thursday
O23.................O163 for friday
p23..................p163 for saturday

i want to make a daily workload from the sched only employees with dept with
any "gr" to be on the workload. i need the workload for each day of the week
separately:

sample workload:for sunday

name shift dept workload

Joe 4-10p 2gr 4bk

for fri

name shift dept workload

Joe 4-12a gr
Al 3-7p 4gr
