Update a part of format to external workbook
I have a round function getting data from external workbooks, the last part
of the formula is doing a *1000; all I want to do is update all the formulas to remove the *1000. The references to the external workbooks is strange, so I can't dink around with those. I've tried edit/replace and a macro, but my results are a deletion of the entire formula! :( Help! Thanks!!! -- Marv Lusk Boise Corporation |
Update a part of format to external workbook
Try Edit Replace "~*1000" with [blank]
Note: * is a wildcard so it needs to be preceded by a ~ for an exact match MarvInBoise wrote: I have a round function getting data from external workbooks, the last part of the formula is doing a *1000; all I want to do is update all the formulas to remove the *1000.
