Date entries in Excel Sheets
Dear Excel Experts,
I have an odd problem I cannot find an answer to using the search facility - it is on the odd occassion I have multiple sheets and use date input for most of the financial modelling I do. My problem is that if I have say 6 sheets in a work file and I find I can enter 14/12/06 on 5 of them (any cell) and the sheet will come up with the expect result (39,065) but on one sheet all I get is 0.194444 recuring (which the resultant of the numbers dividing). How can this happen or what needs to be done to fix it? Thanking you in anticipation |
