Return the dates something happens
 

I have a spread sheet that tracks holidays and wish to create a formular that
returns all the dates holidays are taken

Top row gives the dates then the next row down i enter a "H" if they have
had a holiday on that day
I then want to show all dates taken with out manually doing it
