How to Merge Excel to Mailing Labels in MAC Excel 2004

I know how to merge in PC - this version seems to have lotsa lotsa changes
and I simply dont' know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone guide me? I've been
in and out of the help menu all day - Help!
