VLOOKUP, linked cell &combobox

I trying create vlookup formula, but value is #VALUE.
My formula is
=VLOOKUP($B$7;$H$2:$K$112;4;0)
B7 is linked from combobox. Is it possible to create the formula. If yes,
what me wrong
