Conditional Formatting

How do add a conditional format to A1 if B1 meets a certain criteria?

Example:

I would like the text in A1 to become a bold red if B1 says yes.

Jason Morin

Select A1, go to CF, and select "Formula Is". Then use:

=B1="yes"

Press the Format radio button and format bold/red.
