Does anyone know how to remove the page # from the first page but still have
the rest of the document numbered?

remove page # from the first page
 

Restart the printer to print each page with a customized title or footer per page (#restart)

print first page only then restart printer starting from page 2
file, page setup, use custom headers or custom footers
