Re-Using Custom List

I created a custom list called "+10" by typing "shop 10" above "shop 20"
/options/custom list then filled cells below in increments 10 fine. When I go
back and select it to use later it uses the default fill.

If I type in 10 then 20/highlight the two cells/options/custom list/#10(my
custom list)/then fill it works fine.select

Please help.
