Conditional Formatting with IF function

Hey all,

I'm having some trouble with combining the IF function with conditional
formation. I have a cell(B4) that is a CountA function and returns a number
between 1 and 10. I would like another cell(B1) to change color based on the
number shown in cell B4.

If B4=1, then B1 needs to be green, If B4=2, then B1 needs to be orange, If
B4=3, then B1 needs to be red.

Also - is it possible to change the color of tabs with conditional
formatting?? Just curious.

Thanks again,
Matt
