Looking for conditional averaging or "Averageifs" function for '02
 

You can use AVERAGE(IF(...)) entered as an array formula by hitting
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

Alternativaley, you can do SUMIF(...)/COUNTIF(...) entered as a regular
formula.
