PIVOT TABLE HELP
 

i have a spreadsheet with columns ( Vender, Month, Amount ) i'm trying to set
up my table as follows: Column Fields are MONTH, Row Fields are Vender, and
Data Items are AMOUNT. But when i put the AMOUNT in it changes to something
like 1,2,3,4,5. How do i keep my AMOUNT as currency

hello i am new for this forum
do one thing select the data fiels and format with currency which currency
u r using just format it.

select u r data which is numbers means currency ex "$"
go to format ( CTRL + 1) in that Numbers - there is one option currency
click there one more drop down box there in that which currency u want click
automatically total selected data will come with currency format....

try and tell u r comments
