AutoComplete / Data Validation
I used V-LOOKUP to take an item from a drop down list and have it input a
price into a seperate cell, now the problem is I have over 1000 items and I'm trying to make it easier to fill in items and prices. How can I make this more friendly. Thanks Musky |

If your drop-down list is from Data Validation, you cannot have Autocomplete. Try a combo-box drop-down list. Debra Dalgleish has instructions. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlDataVal10.html Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 28 Nov 2006 01:28:46 GMT, "Musky" <u29676@uwe wrote: I used V-LOOKUP to take an item from a drop down list and have it input a price into a seperate cell, now the problem is I have over 1000 items and I'm trying to make it easier to fill in items and prices.
