Combining IF Statements

I am trying to combine these 3 IF statements. Can't seem to get it to work.

if q11="A" then 0

if q11="OK" and k11="Buy" then (N11-M11)*L11*100) otherwise
(M11-O11)*L11*100)

if q110 and k11="Buy" then (N11-r11)*L11*100) otherwise
(r11-O11)*L11*100)

ColQ can contain numbers or text.
