Does anyone know how to set the time counter in excel?
such as
if( current time is between 10 am and 11 am,
if(current second is between 01 and 30, "A", "B")
,false),

which show "A" whenever the current second is between 01 and 30 during the
periods 10 am and 11 am, and show "B" whenever the current second is between
31 - 00 during the periods 10 am and 11 am.

Does anyone have any suggestion?
