Formatting a row into a column

I have pasted a bunch of names into an excel sheet, and they appear in one
single row and I'd like them to appear in a column to that I can sort easily.
Please help!

Don't forget that you could leave the data as is and sort on the row.

Select the row.

Data<SortOptions "Left to right".

I would prefer to have the data in a column as Allllen suggested.
