MSNQuotes.Function Add In

The MSNQuote add in was working in my version of Excel 2002 SP3 under Office
XP. Then something happened, I got a comment there was an error with the
add-ins and they would be disabled. Now, I can't get them to work. The
MSNQuote add in produces a #Value error. Any tips/hints, etc. would be
appreciated.
